Position: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
3. Develop detailed business plans, including financial forecasts and risk assessments.
4. Create and maintain documentation of business processes and workflows.
5. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.



6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing business processes and recommend improvements.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
9. Prepare and present reports to senior management with key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
5. Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

1 year of experience in business analysis.
